This project consists of the construction of a 120-inch diameter treated effluent pipeline to replace an existing 90-inch diameter treated effluent pipeline to connect to an existing Ocean outfall extension that discharges approximatelly 3 miles offshore into Atlantic Federal waters, east of Virginia Key, Florida. the outfall is a buried pipeline paralleling the existing outfall, but approximatelly 100 feet north of it. The outfall will extend approximatelly 4,400 linear feet from the shoreline to connect to the existing 120-inch outfall.
